Elin Alvemark

Elin Alvemark’s background is firmly rooted in the music industry. Serving as music journalist, marketing manager of record label and distributor PIAS, nightclub promoter and DJ, Alvemark made an original mark. Alvemark contributed to the feminist debate with the initiative “Gender War” (Atlas 2008), an antholgy on the theme contemporary experiences of the way gender roles manifest. Currently Elin is focused on her artistic work, mostly painting male parents.
